ERIC M. SAUERBERG, ESQ.
Eric M. Sauerberg is a graduate of the University of Florida where he earned a B.S. degree in engineering and a graduate of Stetson University College of Law where he earned a J.D. degree, cum laude. While in law school, Eric was an editorial board member of the Stetson Law Review. After graduating law school, he earned a LL.M. Masters of Law degree in Taxation from the College of Law at the University of Florida.

Eric specializes in business law, advanced tax planning and wealth preservation and he represents successful individuals and businesses for purposes of growth and development, structure, planning, operation, protection and tax planning.

Eric frequently lectures in South Florida about business law, asset protection, and estate and tax planning issues. In the past, Eric co-hosted a weekly radio program addressing these topics.

Eric's areas of practice include business law, corporate tax planning, asset protection, estate planning, income tax planning, probate and trust administration, tax planning for real estate transactions, corporate acquisitions and mergers, sales of businesses, partnership taxation, employee benefits and other matters relating to federal and state taxation. He has developed specialized estate and business planning techniques that are integrated with lifetime asset protection methods in order to fully protect individual and business assets.

Eric is a member of the Florida Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, Florida Tax Section as well as various other civic organizations.

M. KRISTA BARTH, ESQ.
Krista Barth was born in Buffalo, New York, and grew up just outside of Washington, D.C. A graduate of the University of Baltimore Law School, Krista began practicing law in Maryland in 1993. Upon relocating to Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, she began work as an attorney in the litigation department of a local real estate law firm. In September of 2001, she joined the newly-opened Eric M. Sauerberg, P.A., as a partner.

Krista is a litigation attorney with substantial experience in complex Family Law Litigation, Trust and Estate Litigation, and Commercial Litigation. Her previous experiences with intricate divorce litigation have given her an understanding of complex business valuation methods.

Krista has spoken on issues of Family Law for national organizations and for television and has made appearances on national television programs such as Larry King Live, CourtTV and the Today Show. Krista also has experience as lead counsel representing a variety of high-profile and high net worth individuals. She is a frequent contributor to the Huffington Post as a blogger, writing practical advice for divorce and marriage.

Whether representing the most sophisticated of business clients or the interests of minor children as a Guardian ad litem, Krista’s focus is on personal, prompt attention to the client’s needs as they face the difficulties inherent in litigation.

ROGER V. BARTH, ESQ.
Roger V. Barth is a graduate of Princeton University and the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law, where he earned a J.D. degree cum laude and was Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review.  Mr. Barth practiced in Buffalo for six years until moving to Washington, D.C.

Mr. Barth is in private practice based in Washington, D.C., specializing in corporate, tax and estate law, and government affairs.

He served as Deputy Chief Counsel to the Internal Revenue Service prior to reentering private practice in 1974. He has been directly involved in several Presidential campaigns. For many years, he has served as Tax Counsel to the Republican National Committee and as Treasurer of the Republican National Lawyers Association.

In addition to his political commitments, Mr. Barth serves as President and a Director of the National Intelligence Education Foundation and as President of the Friends of the National Museum of Bermuda. He is a member of the Bars of New York, Maryland, and the District of Columbia, is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court, and is a Member of the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy.
